What is the concept of the WENZEL LifeCycle Service?

WENZEL LifeCycle ServiceOver the entire period of use of the measuring machines, our customers can purchase products and services directly from WENZEL.

In addition to the classical service activities such as maintenance, repair and spare parts management, we offer further services such as the WENZEL Online Service (WOS) as well as training and measurement services. An increasingly popular offering is our service agreements, maintenance and software maintenance contracts, as well as software updates and upgrades.

What are the advantages of WENZEL Service?

WENZEL offers all the products and services which are required during the lifecycle of a measuring machine. As a leading manufacturer of coordinate and gear measuring machines, we support our customers even after the installation of the CMMs. So they have the ability to obtain all necessary services from a single source, directly from the manufacturer. We have attractive offerings, specifically upgrades and retrofits for hard- and software. Thus, the systems can be updated. We speak of a second LifeCycle that extends the operating life of the whole measuring solution.
