Looking back at the CONTROL 2015
19.05.15 - The CONTROL 2015 - International Trade Fair for Quality Assurance in Stuttgart took place for the 29th time from May 5th to May 8th. WENZEL Metromec was also present.
With 917 exhibitors from 32 countries, 25,903 trade visitors from 95 nations, a participation of around 30% more foreign manufacturers and suppliers, as well as a 25% share of foreign trade visitors, the CONTROL 2015 exceeds all previous exhibitions, both in terms of quantity as well as quality of visitors.
WENZEL was also present, presenting various exhibits from its wide product portfolio. An innovation from WENZEL Metromec was shown for the first time and exclusively at the CONTROL: Metrosoft QUARTIS R12
The latest version of the QUARTIS series allows you to measure the roughness of work piece surfaces directly on the coordinate measuring machine. Another highlight is the collision avoidance that looks ahead when working with multi carriage measurement systems.
The lively exchange with the visitors and the great interest, whit which our products and services were met, reaffirmed our determination to pursue our defined strategy. Frank Wenzel, CEO of the WENZEL Group, found the quality of the discussions this year outstanding and was very satisfied with the quantity of visitors. His conclusion: "From the feeling I'd say this was one of the best CONTROL's so far."
